Many hundreds of years, Jews living among other nations. However, they have kept their tradition of going from Sinai - the birthplace of the Jewish people. One side of this tradition - the kitchen.
The taste and smell of certain dishes were so much a part of the Sabbath and holidays , as well as special prayers , special mood , flickering candlelight . They also helped to maintain the warmth of the Jewish home, Jewish family .
