Levana Rozenfeld, known to all Israelis as the author of the best seller „ Pies of Levana " and the country catering leader, invites all of us to her kitchen. Together with Levana we shall prepare and we shall try fine salads, a juicy batch, set dishes, meat and fish delicacies. And certainly, marvellous desserts will also not to be forgotten.

This book was born there in Jerusalem, in a quarter Emin-Moshe. And I have tried through recipes of various dishes, salads, batches transfer that atmosphere in which there lived our quarter those far days. Certainly, I nevertheless have added to these recipes something of my own.
