A book about what happened and what didn't...

It is with pleasure that we present to you a new book. This book will accompany every child on his/her journey involving the ICHEIC project.
The Jewish world is one of action and effort and not one of only words and theories. The place of Jewish identity in the Jewish world is multi-dimensional and will be constructed by each participant of the project through intensive interaction with their peers and educators. Within this important position between educators and peers, it is our point of view that this book will capture the beneficent traditions of Judaism and its contents will include and transmit dialogue, debate, and explanations to its readers.
This book was constructed thusly; it dissects for the reader the bigger picture of the works of each Jewish generation and its period: from biblical literature to contemporary Israeli literature, in other words, from the Tanakh, to Ben-Sira and Ibn Gevirol to S. Y. Agnon and Etgar Keret. This book creates, with its contents and structure, the fundamentals of Jewish literacy from the heights of Jewish though to the Holocaust period.
In this way its structure depicts the contents of the ICHEIC project and the centrality of the summer camp.
